Quayside is growing and we’re looking for someone to join our team in a Paraplanning Support role.

No, you don’t need to know everything about pensions, tax and investments on day one but you do need to be switched on, organised, good with detail and actually want to learn.

It’s an entry-level role with a lot of opportunity to develop, surrounded by people who know their stuff and genuinely care about doing a brilliant job for our clients.

If you fancy building a career in financial planning with a team that takes the job seriously, but not ourselves too seriously, we’d love to hear from you.

Apparently “keep doing what you’re doing” is a compliment.

We’re not sure it’s particularly good business advice so we got Nik in from The Ideas Agency in to challenge us.

His approach is built around finding opportunities, developing ideas, making them tangible and testing whether they actually work, rather than just having another meeting about having more meetings.

Quayside is growing, the team is growing and we’ve got some big ambitions, so rather than waiting until something needs fixing, we wanted to ask:
What could be better? What could be different? And what haven’t we thought of yet?

A really good session, some uncomfortable questions, some very good ideas and lots for us to get stuck into.

Good businesses improve when they have to. Great ones improve when they don’t.

Well this is awkward.

We’ve only been shortlisted for Best Place to Work AND Small Business of the Year in the SoGlos - Gloucestershire’s leading media brand Business Awards!!
So we’re apparently a brilliant place to work and quite good at business.

Massive credit to the team who make Quayside all it is. Anyone who knows us knows just how proud we are of what we’re doing over at Quayside and the relationships being built in and out of work with each other, clients and professional connections in Gloucestershire!
