The 2025/2026 Tax Return submission period is now open.
All of our clients should of been emailed a personalised checklist detailing information we will need in order to prepare your Tax Return. Even though the submission deadline is not until 31st January 2027, it is always a good idea to get your details into us as soon as possible, as all our clients will be dealt with in chronological order and as we approach the deadline, we also enter one of our busiest periods.

From 6th April 2026
Eligible employees will be able to get SSP regardless of income.
SSP will be paid at 80% of normal weekly earnings or the upgraded weekly flat rate of £123.25, whichever is lower.
SSP will be will be paid from the first full day of sickness absense, not from day four as previously.

If you are a payroll employer HMRC should of already shared technical guidance but if you have any questions please do get in contact with our payroll team.

We are now in the Tax Return submission period for 2024/2025. Although we have until 31st January to submit to HMRC, it's always a good idea to file as soon as possible. We are emailing out checklists to our clients this week to assist you in gathering the relevant information we will need in order to prepare your Tax Return. If you have not received a checklist or are in need of assistance with your Tax Return, please do let us know.

As we "wrap up" for the Christmas break we would like to wish all our clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄

We are closed from Monday 23rd Dec - Wed 1st Jan. We return on Thursday 2nd January with the usual office opening hours.
We look forward to starting off the year by ensuring all your personal Tax Returns are submitted to HMRC by the deadline of 31st January 2025.
