Following a diagnosis of an inoperable tumour on his brain stem, Sam has sadly had to leave the business. He is determined that something good should come of this awful situation and we recently held a golf day at Thorpeness Golf Club to raise money to support research into, and treatment of, the extremely rare type of tumour that he has.
The event was supported by so many family, friends and colleagues, alongside the fantastic club members, that we raised over £27,500 (and still climbing) for Addenbrookes and Ipswich hospital oncology teams.
We would like to thank all concerned for their wonderful support!

A huge well done to the SOUTHWOLD RFC U10s who played in the Leicester Tigers Barker Shield tournament on Sunday at Welford Road.

We are very proud sponsors of this small yet mighty team, who did us and the local community proud playing some outstanding rugby against the 2 strong, well built teams of Lichfield RFC and Burton RFC notching up a draw and a win respectively! The team were also commended for their passing game which really was beautiful to watch!

Well done Southwold RFC U10s. You should feel very proud of yourselves. The game of rugby is definitely a winner here and the future is bright. 💪🏻

On Friday our Financial Planner Sam visited the recently built library at Edgar Sewter Primary School in Halesworth to donate some books on behalf of the St. James's Place Cambridge community following a childrens’ book drive, which saw books being donated from Adviser Practices across East Anglia.

Hayley Reeve, teacher and reading lead at the school, had the added surprise of reacquainting with Sam, who was a former pupil of hers some 14 years ago!

Its great to know the books will be enjoyed for many more years to come.
