New rules on employee benefits are now in effect

From 6 April 2026, the Government has expanded tax and National Insurance exemptions on certain workplace benefits.

This means employers can now reimburse employees for things like:

✔ Eye tests and glasses for screen use
✔ Seasonal flu vaccinations
✔ Homeworking equipment
