ess women the opportunity to network in an informal environment whilst savouring a delicious two course lunch. Events are held quarterly, and allows professionals and business women to make new contacts or catch up with existing ones whilst enjoying fine dining at its best.

Thank you so much to all the ladies that attended the Christmas Women in Business lunch last week and to Nadine from Calmer Self for her fantastic presentation on promoting a calmer life.

Nadine is kindly offering her top tips for getting to sleep as a gift to attendees. If you would like to take her up on this offer, please like her page and pop her a message and she will get in touch.

The raffle at the lunch raised a fantastic £90 which has been split between St Michael’s Hospice and The Sara Lee Trust. Two fantastic local charities so thank you to everyone who took part.
