We are a friendly, approachable company meaning we can get to know all our clients on a personal level and we do not get overloaded with work, leaving our clients 100% satisfied. 95% of our workload comes from word-of-mouth recommendations which we feel speaks for itself. Our clients are welcome to phone or email us at any time – we are always on hand to answer any questions and help where necessary. We offer meetings, telephone and email support completely free of charge. We guarantee full discretion and confidentiality to all our clients. Pre-booked appointments available out of hours, including evenings and weekends. We offer a fixed fee service. Alternatively we can charge by the hour at a pre-agreed rate. You can be assured to never receive an unexpected charge. We have a free car park and wheelchair access. Kym Louise Needham is licensed and regulated by the AAT under licence number 6520.

To our wonderful customers, this has been one of the toughest weeks we’ve had in a long time. The heat has kept so many people at home, and our sales have been incredibly quiet. Unfortunately, our wages, bills and overheads don’t stop.

If you’re local, please consider supporting us this weekend. Whether it’s a takeaway coffee, homemade whippy ice cream, our new iced matcha, lunch with us, or something delicious to take home, every purchase really does make a difference.

Our deli is packed with freshly prepared salads, homemade salmon roulade, house-cooked meats, chef-made ready meals including lasagne, Greek spanakopita and beef bourguignon, plus freshly baked artisan bread.
