We’re Hiring a Digital Finance Accountant

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping business owners understand their numbers, improve their systems and make confident decisions.

If you want a role where your ideas matter and your work feels meaningful, this could be the right step.

You will produce and review management accounts, support planning and cash flow discussions, help implement systems such as Xero and Zoho, and contribute to the development of our Your Digital Finance Office service.

You will also play a key part in shaping processes, supporting the team and guiding clients with clarity and calm.

At Accounting and Beyond, you will join a supportive team, work in a modern environment and enjoy flexibility that works for real life. This includes hybrid working, flexible hours, school-run support and the option for a nine-day fortnight. You will have space to grow, influence change and develop your advisory and systems skills.

We’re Hiring a Bookkeeping and Payroll Senior

We are looking for someone who enjoys accurate bookkeeping, smooth payroll delivery and clear communication with clients.

If you want a hands-on role in a calm, structured and supportive environment, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll deliver bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of small and growing businesses.

You’ll keep records tidy, compliant and up to date, while supporting clients with simple, straightforward guidance.

You’ll also contribute to better workflows, digital systems and the ongoing development of our bookkeeping and payroll services.

You’ll be part of a friendly team at our upgraded office, working in a modern environment with excellent facilities.

Flexibility is built into how we work, including hybrid working, flexible hours, school-run support and the option for a nine-day fortnight.

Full-time and part-time (school hours or similar) considered.
