Next sharing their career story as part of the campaign is Kazia Watson, Director at Orcadia, Chartered Accountants.

After leaving school, Kazia initially started a university course but decided it was not for her. She returned to Orkney where she worked as a receptionist for a Garage before studying for her AAT Accounting qualifications through Orkney College UHI.

After starting work with Orcadia, Kazia was able to study to become a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS).
