✅ Minimum 5% deposit

💷 £45,000 deposit… or £6,000?

My client was told by their bank they needed a 15% deposit — £45,000.

After reviewing their circumstances and searching the whole of the market, I found a mortgage product that allowed them to purchase with a 2% deposit — just £6,000.

That’s a £39,000 difference. 🤯
