FROM LINCOLN TO THE GREAT WALL! 🥾🧱

In just 10 DAYS, our very own Kelly will be swapping the office for one of the world’s most iconic landmarks as she takes on CoppaTrek 2026!

Alongside 120 incredible trekkers and celebrity captains, including Giovanna Fletcher, Kelly will spend 5 days trekking the Great Wall of China, all to raise vital funds for CoppaFeel! and their life-saving mission to stamp out late diagnosis of breast cancer💗

But for Kelly, this challenge is about so much more than the trek...

She’s taking on this incredible adventure in memory of her gorgeous mum, Jackie, who was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 41. Kelly is sharing her mum’s story to raise awareness, encourage people to know their bodies, check their chests and, most importantly, speak to their GP if something doesn’t feel right!

Her mum was known for her huge smile, infectious laugh and incredible positivity. Now Kelly is taking that same positivity, courage and determination to the Great Wall 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🥰

5 days. 120 trekkers. One HUGE challenge. One life-saving mission.

Next up in our Staff Spotlight Series is Anna-liese, and this one is all about dedication, ambition, and a journey that started at just 4 years old! 👧🏻

Long before joining Williams Wealth Consultancy, Anna-Liese spent much of her life in the world of competitive gymnastics, training and representing Great Britain while travelling the world through sport🌍

Anna-Liese began gymnastics at the age of 4 at Gemini Gymnastics Club in Wokingham before progressing through several clubs, eventually joining Camberley Gymnastics Club, where she trained from the age of 10 to 20.

Her talent and determination earned her a place on the British Gymnastics Team from the age of 13 to 18, competing at an elite level and representing her country around the world.

One of Anna-Liese's most memorable experiences came at just 11 years old, when she travelled to the USA for a three-week gymnastics camp, where she made a lifelong friend she is still in touch with today!

For Anna-Liese, gymnastics was about much more than medals, it was about the discipline, resilience and commitment developed along the way, qualities that have stayed with her throughout her life.

Her contribution to the sport has since been recognised with an award for her representation of Great Britain in the world of gymnastics in 2024. 🏅

From competing on the world stage to becoming part of our team today, Anna-Liese's story is a great reminder of what can be achieved through passion, perseverance and dedication 🤸🏻‍♀️

Friday night saw some of the Williams Wealth team take to the dance floor for the Age UK 80s vs 90s Disco… and let's just say there are still a few sore backs and aching feet today! 🕺💃

It was a fantastic evening filled with great music, plenty of laughs, and all for a brilliant cause.

A huge thank you to Age UK Lincolnshire for organising such a fun event and bringing everyone together. We're proud to support the incredible work you do in our community.

Ethan’s first marathon completed! 🏃🏻🏅

Yesterday, Ethan took on his very first marathon at Sherwood Pines, completing the challenging 26.2 mile trail course in 5 hours and 20 minutes! 🌳🌲

Set in Sherwood Forest, the course was hot, hilly and unexpectedly sandy! Certainly not an easy choice for a first marathon, but that's Ethan for you! At around the 20-mile mark, Ethan said he hit the infamous 'wall', but dug deep and battled through the final miles to cross the finish line.. 🏁

A fantastic achievement and a brilliant display of determination, Congratulations, Ethan! 👏

As for the next one? Ethan thinks a nice city marathon like London or Paris might be the way forward… 😂🏙️

Women are more likely than men to say they are worse off financially than a year ago, according to the latest Financial Health Report 2026: Women and Wealth 📰

Women are earning, inheriting, and controlling more wealth than ever before, but this greater financial power is not yet translating into improved confidence or resilience.

Despite this, the findings of the report, carried out by Opinium, show a shift among younger women. Those aged 18-34 are investing in higher numbers and are more likely to have a financial plan. 👩‍💼

Next up in our staff spotlight is Megan, and this one is all about perspective..

Megan spent 9 weeks volunteering in Kathmandu, Nepal (cut slightly short by Covid), working closely with the local community and getting involved wherever she could 🧼🫧

From supporting women’s groups, teaching in a village school, and helping with day-to-day community tasks, it was a completely different way of life for Megan.

It’s the simple things that stayed with her most…
Learning to cook on an open fire, washing clothes by hand, eating fresh food grown locally and gaining a whole new appreciation for things we often take for granted (like a warm shower!)

But more than anything, it was about people. Embracing the culture, building connections, and even celebrating festivals like Holi alongside the community.

For Megan, it was a reminder that sometimes stepping away from your normal routine gives you the biggest perspective shift of all 🌎
