💧 What does it need to seal against?
🌡️ What temperatures will it experience?
📏 What thickness do you need?
⚙️ What’s the actual application?

Simple questions – but important ones.

Choosing gasket material shouldn’t just be a case of finding the cheapest roll and hoping for the best.

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻…

Can your gasket paper supplier prove what you’re buying? 🔍

Quality should be more than a claim on the packaging.

At Jointine Products (Lincoln) Ltd, our gasket materials are backed by:

✅ ASTM F104 conformity
✅ ISO 9001 accredited quality management
✅ Roll traceability
✅ Testing and independent auditing
✅ Product specifications and technical documentation

Because when you’re buying a component designed to create a reliable seal, “it should be fine” isn’t much of a quality standard…

Need the paperwork? We’ve got that too.

⏳ FOUR WEEKS TO GO!

Coventry is calling…

On 14 October, we’ll be attending the Make UK Manufacturing Awards 2026 after Jointine was shortlisted for the second consecutive year.

Last year, we were proud just to make the shortlist.
This year… could we go one step further? 👀🤞

Whatever happens on the night, we’re immensely proud of the story behind our nomination. It started with one big question:

"Why should doing business in 2026 still involve so much rekeying, paperwork and sending PDFs backwards and forwards?"

We believe SMEs deserve better – and our work alongside Boex Limited is helping us prove what digital trade can look like in practice.

🏆 The award nomination is fantastic...

But the reason behind it matters even more.

For SMEs, international trade can mean paperwork, duplicated data, additional software, increasing regulation – and increasing costs.

We think there should be a better way.

Working alongside Boex Limited, Jointine Products (Lincoln) Ltd has been helping to pioneer a digital approach designed to make trade simpler, faster and more affordable for SMEs.

And we’ve put it into practice ourselves...

For our business, eliminating data rekeying and using a digital platform as our live data source represents estimated savings of approximately £40,000 every year.

Now, that work has helped us secure a place on the shortlist for the Make UK Manufacturing Awards 2026.

Because smaller manufacturers don’t just have to respond to change. We can help create it.
