This week, 55 Buzzacott team members took part in the Standard Chartered Great City Race!

Each year team members from across the firm come together to complete this 5K race through the heart of the city. This year, we were thrilled to place 2nd out of the accountancy firms, with one of our runners finishing 5th overall!

Wishing a joyous and blessed Eid al-Fitr to everyone celebrating! May this special occasion bring happiness and togetherness to you and your loved ones.

This is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the vital role of our Staff Networks. All our networks are instrumental in bringing us together and fostering a culture of belonging across the firm.

With celebrations for Eid al-Fitr beginning, it is great to reflect on the impact of our Muslim Network, whether through previous educational events or the simple joy of sharing Eid chocolate coins around the office today.

Last night, we took over The Alice for our annual Buzzacott Quiz Night, and what a fantastic turnout, with 29 teams battling it out for the top spot! A huge thank you to our amazing Social Committee for putting together such a brilliant and highly-anticipated event.

As National Apprenticeship Week draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a fantastic week of celebrations recognising the contributions of our 188 trainees.

We treated the whole firm to doughnuts, held our first Student Forum of 2026, and enjoyed fresh juices and treats which kept everyone energised at our trainee exclusive event. A big thank you to everyone who joined in – it’s always a pleasure to shine a spotlight on the incredible talent within our firm.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week 2026!

National Apprenticeship Week 2026 is here, and we’re starting the celebrations with a sweet treat for everyone 🍩

We’re delighted to be ranked 30th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers and to celebrate Lauren Healy, our Learning & Development Assistant Manager, for winning Training Manager/ Mentor of Year at the PQ Magazine Awards 2025 – a reflection of our commitment to developing future talent. With more than 188 apprentices and trainees enrolled across 10 training programmes, we remain focused on building rewarding careers and equipping our people with the skills they need for the future.

We’re looking forward to celebrating our trainees and their achievements throughout the week
