Storytelling is the way to influence and more income. So let’s get real.

Please forgive me I cannot teach you all there is to it in a 45 second reel.

I can give you a taste. The best storytellers have the know how and the audience - you need skill and feedback.

That’s why the Alive method is the best program for this.

You learn, you laugh and you get feedback on your work. We do it together. Are you ready?

updating the story of you!
the more you see yourself a certain way, the more you normalise it. So make sure you see yourself in your powerful self more and more often.

when my clients become powerful storytellers the impact they have amplifies big time.

From “i wish she’d shut up” to “give me more!”

Dang this was harder than it looks!

Articulation is not just what you say it’s how clearly you say it.

done clarity of speech is simply a skill but sometimes it’s a protective mechanism…
If you e been taught to keep quiet or found out that yoir opinions comes with a danger you might be muffling your words … if your brain works at 10x speed than your mouth - hello ADHD- then we need to work not just on your tongue but yoir breathing and willingness to slow down to be in tune..

anywho you can become clearer and the difference it makes is significant!

do you thibk will happen for you when you make yourself very clear?

What if the goal isn’t to impress everyone?

What if the goal is to be proud of what you’re putting out there?

Whether you’re giving a presentation, speaking on camera, performing, or simply sharing an idea, it’s easy to start thinking about how other people will react before you’ve even asked yourself whether you like it.

But you can’t control everyone’s opinion of you.

You can control your own standard. Your own taste. Your own sense of what feels true to you.

There will always be people who don’t connect with what you create. That’s okay.

Find the people who do. But first, make sure you believe in what you’re putting into the world.

Impress yourself first. Everything else can follow.

Follow for more on confidence, expression, communication, and being fully yourself when you’re seen.

A few weird little habits that genuinely made me more articulate 👀

Nothing elaborate. No secret communication technique. A handful of things I started doing because they made me sharper, clearer and more available when I spoke.

✨ reading things out loud
✨ pausing before I answer instead of racing to fill the gap
✨ paying attention to how brilliant people actually phrase things
✨ slowing down enough to catch my own thought before I throw words at it
✨ getting comfortable with silence
A lot of people are trying far too hard to sound intelligent.

You can hear it.
The speed.
The over-explaining.
The clever wording that somehow makes the thought less clear.
Articulation has much less to do with impressive vocabulary than people think.

It has a lot to do with being able to stay with yourself while you speak.

To think while someone is looking at you.
To leave a gap without panicking.
To trust that the thought will come.
To say what you actually mean rather than reaching for what sounds good.
That changes your voice.
And people feel it.

You don’t need bigger words.
You need more access to your own mind, body and voice when it matters.

Which of these do you already do, and which one would change things for you?
Follow for more on voice, expression, executive presence and closing the gap between what you know and what actually comes out under pressure.

If you keep saying “um” and “uh”, the problem probably isn’t your vocabulary.

You’re trying to think and speak at the same time, without leaving any silence.

And that can cost you credibility.
Especially in meetings, presentations, interviews and any moment where you care how you come across.

You are allowed to think while people are listening.

Here’s an exercise.
Pick a topic, say coffee, and for 20 seconds say every word you can associate with it.
Morning. Meeting. Decaf. Mug. Espresso. Go.

You’ll notice that when you rush and pressure yourself, you use more filler words.

When you slow down and give yourself permission to think, you need them far less.

Save this and practise one thing:
When the next thought isn’t there yet, don’t fill the space.
Pause.

Then carry on.
Follow for more on voice, communication, executive presence and sounding like yourself when it matters.

“I’m scared, but she gets me brave.”

You can really want an opportunity and still feel terrified when it turns up. Ambition has excellent timing. Fear likes to come along.

In my coaching, we work with that moment: helping you find enough steadiness to use your voice and do something with the opportunity in front of you.

This work sits at the heart of my ALIVE Method. Having more freedom to express yourself, especially when being seen matters to you.
