CUCKOO the UK’s first challenger internet service provider, is using Instant Bank Pay to collect failed payments.

Oliver Nelson, Head of Service at Cuckoo Broadband, noted that before using Instant Bank Pay, the process of chasing and collecting a failed payment could take 21 days. With Instant Bank Pay, they’ve been able to reduce the whole process to just 7-14 days.
