Now most people will respond to this and say: how do I learn what I don’t know?
It’s simple… Be accountable for the fact that you can’t know everything so speak to someone who knows more than you! 📚

The majority of services in any industry, someone offers a call to understand your needs and this is FREE. 📞

You just have to look in the mirror and recognise that no matter how much you think you know, there is no harm in knowing more!

Wealth is being lost by the second generation, but you know what’s not being lost? People inheriting others poor decision making… 🙃

Back by popular demand! The Credit Score Clinic will be returning the first week of January after amazing feedback!

Last month I hosted my first of many financial workshops teaching others how to improve and maintain their credit score. When it comes to how I advise, I’ll always couple real life experiences with facts so you can walk away knowing exactly what to do!

Too many times is advice shared where it’s “do as I say but don’t do as I do”. Well there’s no shame in having a bad credit score! I certainly had one once but when I learnt how to improve it, I vowed never to go back there again!

Picture this, superstitious or not; it’s Friday the 13th, it’s Black History Month, it’s just started to rain, but over 900 people have bought a ticket to support the book launch and networking event of ‘Rich Forever’!

As a contributing author to the book, this was literally the milestone of the year to be chosen to share my expertise in my specialist field of insurance.

Sharing the panel with and was a pleasure! We prayed, we laughed, some of us exceeded our word count 👀😂 and some of us kept it short and sweet! But both and were fantastic hosts and together we all delivered!

I am honestly so proud of and as not only mentors, my new business partners but also as friends of mine! Do you know how humble you have to be to celebrate the launch of your third book by deliberately giving OTHERS a chance to network and thrive. Nothing they do is inadvertent and neither was the success of Friday night!

Also can we just give a minute for my blazer that received so many compliments! In true Ella fashion, the event was called ‘Rich Forever’ and so I ENSURED I understood the assignment! 😉

Tuesday was an incredible evening and milestone for myself as I had the opportunity to take part in the Black Women Business Talks as a panellist for Perseverance is Power: Stories of Resilience from Black Female Entrepreneurs.

As someone who identifies as “mixed” but has such a strong affinity to her “black side” for want of a better phrase this was significantly rewarding for me!

Anyone who has heard me speak before knows I like to deliver with vim so I hope this came across because the nerves really tried to shut me down! You know those days when everything goes wrong. Please believe I walked into in a tracksuit and came out in the outfit you see on stage an hour before my arrival 😂The entire evening was so inspiring and it was such a pleasure to feature along side such remarkable women! .obeng and .marie.carter

Don’t get me wrong, I have an event this weekend which I’m sure if it was about building your glutes rather than building your credit, the sign ups would be crazy… I definitely have bills to pay so converting from Ig to my bank account would be great, but on this occasion I’m ok with just posting a pic to the grid simply for likes.
