8 اکتوبر 2005 کے ہولناک زلزلہ کے بعد متاثرین زلزلہ کی بحالی اور تعمیر نو میں کشمیریوں کی بھر پور مدد اور امداد فراہم کرنے پر اہلیان کشمیر ہمیشہ جنرل مشرف(مرحوم) کی خدمات کو یاد رکھیں گے،اللہ پاک جنرل پرویز مشرف کو جنت میں اعلی مقام عطا فرمائے ۔۔اس مشکل ٹائم میں جنرل مشرف نے پوری دنیا سے اپیل کر کے زلزلہ میں تباہ ہونے والے لوگوں کی مدد کی ۔۔ورنہ کوئی سول حکومت ہوتی تو ہم لوگ اج اپنے پاؤں پر نہ کھڑے ہوتے اللہ پاک شہید ہونے والوں کو بلند درجہ عطا فرمائے

مرتے وقت غلط فہمی نہیں ہونی چاہیے:

’ہم کو معلوم ہے کل جانا ہے، ہم کو 12 من لکڑی لگنے والی ہے، اُتنی ہی لگنی ہے۔یہی میری آخری جائیداد ہے۔ بیٹا، میں نے اپنی وہ لکڑی جمع کر کے رکھی ہے، اور وہ سوکھی ہے۔ اُسی میں جلانا، گیلی لکڑی مت استعمال کرنا۔ نہیں تو دھواں آئے گا، دوست لوگ، اغل بغل کے، باقی سب لوگ جمع ہوں گے، اُن کی آنکھ میں جائے گا۔ اُن کی آنکھ سے پانی آئے گا، اور مرتے وقت غلط فہمی ہوگی کہ میرے لیے رو رہے ہیں۔ تو کم سے کم مرتے وقت غلط فہمی نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔‘
