If you have any pensions from previous employment or that you can’t find, use the pension tracing service www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details.

It won’t give you the value or location of your pensions, but it will give you contact details for providers across the UK.

If you’re between 18 and 40 years old, a Lifetime ISA (LISA) gives you a free 25% bonus on savings up to £4,000 pa if used for a house deposit, but you must hold it for 12 months.

It’s a great way to save for your first home.

Alternatively, you could look to use NS&I Premium Bonds or a high-interest account.
