Swiss Markets and BDSwiss are registered trademarks of BDSwiss Holding Ltd, regulated by the Cyprus CySEC with license number 199/13. BDS Markets is part of the BDSwiss Group. The company is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius with License Number C116016172. The German BaFin issued a statement, saying that the offshore broker BDS Markets has no permission to offer ist regulated services in Germany. Currently, CySEC-regulated BDSwiss is no longer accepting new clients.

FinTelegram reported that in August 2021, the UK FCA ordered BDSwiss Holding Plc and other members of the BDSwiss Group to stop offering high-risk contracts for differences (CFDs) to UK investors. The BDSwiss Group trades using the brands BDSwiss, Swissmarkets, and BDS Trading.

The BDSwiss Group also runs BDS Ltd in Seychelles, regulated by the Financial Services Authority Seychelles (FSAS). Like other CySEC-regulated firms, BDSwiss uses its offshore entities to acquire European clients while circumventing regulatory requirements. Please read our reports on IC Markets (here) and OctaFX (here), for example.

The fact that no new clients can register at the moment indicates that there may be an investigation by CySEC.

BaFin clarifies that the company BDS Markets, 6th Floor, Tower 1, Nexteracom Building, 72201 Ebène, Mauritius, is not licensed under the German Banking Act to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company trades as BDSwiss Markets, the German regulator found. Providers of banking business or financial services in Germany require a regulatory permit, which BDS Markets does not have.

Ukraine War – Fortrade transfers Belarus offshore activities to Mauritius!
Belarus is one of the allies of Vladimir Putin and Russia and the home of LLC Fort Securities BLR, which is one of the offshore brokers of the Fortrade Group. It is licensed by the National Bank of Belarus (NBRB) and used to the now-vanished FX Trade Premium. The UK FCA issued a warning against this illegal broker (report here). Recently, the German BaFin has announced an investigation against this Belarusian entity and its now-vanished Invest365. Amid the Russian invasion in Ukraine, ForTrade transfers its Belarus activities to Fortrade Mauritius Ltd, the group informed today via email.

Fortrade offshore transfers
Amid the Ukraine War, CySEC– and FCA-regulated Fortrade Group informed its offshore clients that in “light of the rapidly changing situation in the region, we have determined it is prudent to transition your account from LLC Fort Securities BLR under NBRB regulation to Fortrade Mauritius Ltd. under FSC regulation.“

On 2 March 2022, Fortrade will begin transitioning its LLC Fort Securities BLR client accounts to Fortrade Mauritius Ltd. Allegedly, Fortrade Mauritius offers better leverage and margins.

Here can read the new Fortrade Mauritius Ltd. Client Agreement.

After BaFin’s warning, ForTrade made its illegal broker Invest365 disappear. However, the offshore brokers of the ForTrade Group continue to address consumers in the UK and Europe. Offshore onboarding is a typical approach with FCA and CySEC regulated groups like Vantage, IC Markets, BDSwiss, or OctaFX. It would be best if you did not use these offshore brokers. You are not entitled to investor compensation schemes or ombudsman services.

Who is VHNX? They are an unregulated brokerage and Finance Brokerage gives them 5 stars? To be an unregulated broker is ILLEGAL.

Finance Brokerage has this to say about VHNX, a company they themselves say does not have regulation.
"VHNX is a new brokerage that aims to attract both investors on a budget and those with more robust funds. The broker aims to be a place where everyone can realize their full potential as a trader. VHNX operates from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and its offices are situated at Stoney Ground Road. New brokerages like VHNX often bring exciting conditions with them that tend to topple more established companies. Our VHNX review will help you decide whether the broker at hand is the right choice for you.

The first thing you notice when you open the broker’s website is that it looks different than most brokers. The header image is more compact, and there’s an absence of sponsorships and other promotional material. We’re glad VHNX decided to take that route, as it displays a degree of creativity that most brokers lack. It also looks much more professional and in tune with what serious traders and investors should expect.

But the visuals at VHNX.com are a secondary concern. However, it’s worth noting that the website also has a fantastic layout, including a user map in the footer. That makes navigation a breeze and lets you access even the deeper areas of the website with one simple click. The broker doesn’t inflate its information, so finding the exact thing you need to read is easy."

All in all that leads to a solid start to our review. It’ll take more than a well-designed website to impress us, but it’s a great foundation. It means the broker has solid legs to stand on and that it cares about the user experience it designs. In the later parts of our VHNX review, we’ll look at the more trading-related conditions.:"

When we read this we expect a number of clients this year calling to recover from this company. VHNX looks like just another scam broker.

THESE COMPANIES HAVE HAD WARNINGS FROM REGULATORS!

The origin of the fraudulent Binary Options and Forex industry lies in the Israeli startup scene around Tel Aviv. This is now accepted knowledge. Israeli scammers have expanded their business model globally between 2010 and 2018, spreading their boiler rooms geographically. They defrauded hundreds of thousands of retail investors out of billions of dollars. Now, the center of the global fund recovery business is in Tel Aviv. Like Wealth Recovery International (WRI) of Austin Smith, some of them have turned out to be scams or fraudsters. Others like Action Refund, Money Back, or Pay Back are being under our investigation. Stay alert and super-cautious. We’ll keep you updated!

Money Back Group and PayBack
few days ago, we received an angry complaint from an Arab scam victim. Call center agents contacted him from Money Back Ltd (www.money-back.com). In the acquisition talks, he was assured that his money could be recovered. Hence he has transferred almost $22,000 to MoneyBack but has not seen any success in recovering his funds. In his opinion, MoneyBack is a scam. Well, maybe this is just a disgruntled customer, but maybe not. We will take a closer look. Information is always welcome.
Fund recovery is a dirty business with which many people and companies make good money. Sure, it is not easy to get the victims’ money back from the scammers. Unfortunately, the vast majority of fund recovery services offered online are scams. The Truth ist, that many online scam operators also run their fund recovery service to rip off their victims once again. Payback Money Services Ltd is such a scam operating with fake recovery certificates like the one shown above. Please do not fall for it!

Payback Money Services sends such hilarious Declaration of Recovery certificates to scam victims. Previously, they have bought the data from scam victims. The fake certificate is issued by the European Central Bank and shows a credit balance in a victim’s name. The scammers claim they could pay out this credit to the victim, but they need to make initial payments to cover the costs. We have found that there is no Payback Money Services Ltd registered in the UK Companies House. This is also a fake company.

The European Central Bank does not issue such certificates. Regulators do not issue certificates either. Recently, scammers have been active with fake certificates from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (read our warning here). Do not fall for these fund recovery scams.

Terms and Conditions Money Back and Pay Back fund recovery ventures
In fact, Money Back Ltd is working with and/or is doing business as Pay Back Ltd. Both entities are given as operators of the websites www.payback-ltd.com, www.payback-law.com, and money-back.com). According to the websites, both companies have their offices at the same address Ben Gurion Rd 38, Ramat Gan in Israel. The PayBack Law website (www.payback-law.com) gives an address in Florida as its location, implying respective activities in the U.S. The directors and beneficial owners of the Money Back Group are Amir Geva and Daniel Poleb. Allegedly, Pay Back has returned 100% of funds to 89% of its clients. Impressive, isn’t it?

Amir Geva is also one of the authors of Claim International (www.claim-international.com) made by Israeli agency WDM – Web Design Marketing (website). The websites of Money Back and Pay Back were made by this agency too.

The vanished FCA warning
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Pay Back Ltd a/k/a Payback Limited in December 2019. Subsequently, consumer protection sites (see Leaprate) and regulators in Germany and other countries have also warned against the scam. The warning has disappeared from the FCA website, but many other websites on the Internet still reference it.

We assume that Pay Back‘s (a/k/a PayBack a/k/a Money Back) lawyers have intervened with the FCA. Fund Recovery is just not a business that requires a license. It is also, unfortunately, unregulated. Titan push for fair play but companies such as Payback are doing everything to stop that.
The comment section for the article even claims Amir Geva is a former scammer himself.
The FCA also recommends you do not work with TandH consultants. A company we have already discussed in other articles.

Europe Refund, Cyber Recovery Group, and MyQuickRefund
Currently, the three self-proclaimed fund recovery websites, Europe Refund (www.europerefund.com), Cyber Recovery Group (www.cyberrecoverygroup.com), and MyQuickRefund (www.myquickrefund.com), are doing massive advertising on Google. The websites literally reek of scams. One searches in vain for information about the operators, legal entities, or persons. This is against the law in almost all western countries. However, Israel is the competent jurisdiction on all three sites in exactly the same wording and spelling styles. Moreover, the three websites have an almost identical design.

The three sites mentioned are also addressing German-speaking countries with their Google Ads and German websites. Evidently, these sites are operated by the very same people. We would not recommend dealing with them.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an investor warning against the offshore activities of the CySEC-regulated IC Markets group, operating in Europe through various domains and websites via offshore entities in Seychelles and the Bahamas. FCA also warned against the scam broker International Markets a/k/a IC Markets (https://internationalcapital-markets.com). The FCA has issued a warning against ZoomGlobalFX (https://zoomglobalfx.com), which is allegedly part of the CySEC-regulated IC Markets group. Some of the illegal brokers vanished with their websites after Titan Fund Recovery reports.

Updated narrative
Following our reports on the offshore activities of IC Markets and ZoomGlobalFX in January 2022, six websites disappeared.

The two offline brokers IC Markets a/k/a IC Markets Global with the domains www.icmarkets.com and www.icmarkets.sc, operated by Raw Trading Ltd in Seychelles, are still online, onboarding Europen consumers. However, Europen consumers have to confirm that it would be their decision, which “was made independently and at your own exclusive initiative and that no solicitation has been made by IC Markets Global or any other entity within the Group.“
till no proper KYV/AML procedures are implemented at the remaining IC Markets offshore brokers. Deposits in unlimited amounts can be made, for example, by bank transfer even before the email address is confirmed. At that time no verification of identity was given. The customer’s bank transfer is made to Raw Trading Ltd‘s account with the FCA-regulated Spectrum Payment Services Limited.

Preliminary conclusions
We do not know with certainty whether all the vanished domains and websites mentioned by the FCA have been operated through the IC Markets group or clones. Look and feel have been very similar; they used the same logo and share some other credentials, and the individual websites claim to belong to this group. The FCA evidently is convinced that the IC Markets group operates this conglomerate of domains and websites.

We do know, however, that the IC Markets offshore brokers are illegally addressing European consumers with non-compliant onboarding procedures

Please let us know if you have any information about the IC Markets group.

Why does Finance Brokerage call Titan a Scam?

Although we can't be 100% sure why we can sure have a good guess.
Finance Brokerage starts off their review of Titan Fund Recovery by outright calling us a scam. They provide no evidence of how they come to this conclusion, even so, you'd still be forgiven for questioning Titan's legitimacy, that is until you come to the comment/review section because this is where Finance Brokerage shoots itself in the foot. Every day a new review pops up regarding Titan and claims that we are a terrible trading platform. Wait a minute. But Titan is a recovery firm, isn't it? The answer is yes.
We help clients to recover from fraudulent companies online and do not offer any trading services.
So why does Finance Brokerage target Titan so negatively?
The answer is simple, Titan targets the same companies that Fincnance Brokerage advertises. Companies such as FXCM have been advertised on Finance Brokerage, a company we have recovered thousands of pounds from for our clients.
Finance Brokerage also advertises Global Refund Group as a 5-star service (again with little to no evidence) and again proceeds to shoot itself in the foot by calling them a broker in its reviews.
All evidence of this is below, you can also see for yourself at https://www.financebrokerage.com/titan-fund-recovery-review/
