🔹 Making Tax Digital is now live — if you earn £50k+ (including land & property income), you must submit quarterly reports to HMRC. These are NOT quarterly Self Assessments.

🔹 Minimum Wage has increased to £12.71/hr for ages 21+ from 1st April.

🏠 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR LANDLORDS 🏠
From April 6th, 2026: If your property income exceeds £50,000, you'll be legally required to use MTD-compatible software for tax reporting. ❌ HMRC's free software will no longer be available for this income bracket! Make sure you're prepared - get in touch for assistance.
