All, we have some exciting news to share.. 🚶 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️

Between Saturday 23rd May and Tuesday 26th May 2026 Danny, Luke and Carl will be attempting to take on a 100-mile trek between Brighton, Sussex and Ramsgate, Kent to raise awareness for Mental Health as well as doing something meaningful (and maybe slightly ambitious) to support our cause here at MHU 💜

Our planned route is as follows:

Saturday 23rd May Brighton to Eastbourne

Sunday 24th May Eastbourne to Camber

Monday 25th May Camber to Folkestone

Tuesday 26th May Folkestone to Ramsgate

We’d absolutely love for you to join us! If you’re able to walk with us on Day 1 or Day 4, please let us know.
