We’re enjoying that extra hour in bed while getting ready for shorter days, cosy evenings and the final stretch of the year.

Corporation tax penalties

A company tax return must be filed no later than 12 months after the end of the accounting period to which it relates. However, the corporation tax for that period is due earlier and must be paid by nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period.
