One quote we heard following the CIMA MiP Conference really resonated with us:

"You can create the conditions for a community. You can't really own it."

The more we thought about it, the more we agreed.

The best professional communities aren't built around competition or self-promotion. They're built on trust, generosity and a genuine willingness to help others succeed.

That's exactly what we experienced over the course of the conference.

The winner of our quarterly ‘Shout Out’ for Summer is...Rowan!

Our internal ‘Shout Out’ allows the team to reward one another. Anyone who receives a shout out is entered into a quarterly draw to win a half day off of their choosing.

Rowan was nominated for going above and beyond...jumping straight back in from holiday to help complete payroll, dealing with queries, supporting the team over the last few weeks, and even cleaning the kitchen. Thank you, Rowan, for being such a star and always willing to help wherever needed!
