🎒 Are you prepared? 🎒

According to the ACCA, only 28% of employers believe young people are well prepared for the world of work. That’s why opportunities like this matter so much.

At JSTC’s Careers Fair, Director Dan and the team from Socius Accountants challenged students to think differently — solving problems, asking questions, and stepping into the mindset of future business leaders.

To mark the day, students were also given pencil cases — a simple but meaningful reminder that while career opportunities are endless, every journey starts with the same question:

Are you prepared?

Today, the Team at Socius marks a moment to remember and honour the life of Alan Todd; a valued member of our community at Wragby FC - a team which Socius is a proud sponsor of. Alan's kindness and spirit will be missed, but his legacy will live on in all of us. Socius would like to encourage anyone who is able to consider donating to the GoFundMe page to do so in support for the family through this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Alan's family and loved ones and the door at Socius is always open to talk 🧡

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alan Todd who tragically … Karen Bell needs your support for Alan Todd who sadly took his own life

🟠 Are you a problem solver? 🟠

A busy day supporting the local community and attending John Spendluffe Technology College at their annual careers event - Thank you for having us.

Director Dan, along with trainee accountant Finley, asked students what they felt it meant to be an Accountant. From managing finances to helping people with their businesses - they were absolutely right with their intuitive thoughts!

With prizes up for grabs, students put their problem solving skills to the test and the team couldn't be more proud! The students demonstrated excellent resilience as they worked together to crack codes, solve puzzles and answer riddles - skills the team were thrilled to see! Well done!

Socius is a proud training provider for aspiring individuals who have a thirst for knowledge and learning.
