💚 Happy World Mental Health Day! ☕💬

Yesterday, we got the conversations started early with Tea & Talk sessions across our offices!

Our teams took some time out of their busy days to enjoy a cuppa, a few sweet treats and, most importantly, some open conversations about mental health. 🍰

This year's theme is "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change," reminding us how important it is to listen, understand and make space for everyone's experiences.

Whether it's checking in with a colleague, catching up with a friend or simply being there to listen, small moments of connection can mean a lot.

So today, why not put the kettle on and make time for a chat? 💚

Today we’re celebrating our brilliant Billing Manager, Stephen Boyer! 🥳👏

Stephen’s commitment to his clients, candidates and EWRS is second to none. He always goes the extra mile, gets to know the people he works with and gives every role the same determination and attention.

But his line manager, Andrew, says there’s something even more important:

“Even more impressive than Stephen’s fantastic abilities in recruitment is the man himself. A truly nice guy who will do anything for anyone without being asked.” 💙
