Oscar Wilde’s much-loved comedy comes to the gardens, bringing mistaken identities, romance and plenty of laughter…

“Two young gentlemen secretly use the same false name — ‘Ernest’ — which works perfectly… until they both fall in love with two young ladies who are determined to marry men called Ernest!” 💕

A wonderful afternoon of open-air theatre surrounded by the beauty of Woodhill Park Estate.

In just over a month, on Saturday 16th May, Brad Carr Landscape Photographer, Nature Writer, Transformational Mentor will be hosting a beginner-friendly Nature Photography Workshop at the beautiful Woodhill Park Estate near Oswestry —designed to help aspiring photographers take their first steps towards creative self-expression ✨

Unlike most landscape photography workshops, this experience isn’t about overwhelming technical jargon or complex formulas.

It’s about creating a safe, welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged 💬, where no question is a silly one, and where those first steps into ‘manual’ mode are supported with patience and clarity.

📷 The morning will focus on understanding your camera in simple, practical terms, followed by time exploring the inspiring grounds—putting new skills into practice while capturing meaningful, soul-stirring images 🌅

By the end of the day, attendees will leave not only with new skills, but with a deeper connection to nature 🌳 and the confidence to continue their creative journey 💫

If there's one thing I love almost as much as photography, it's teaching photography.

I got to spend yesterday running the second part of a two-part workshop to help a lady improve her cocktail photography.

I absolutely loved both of the sessions.

Watching her light up as she understood something new about her camera that would help her become more creative was such a joy, and always will be for me.

Here I am pictured with an attendee of my first-ever landscape photography workshop back in 2022.

I've grown a lot since then.

My hair and beard have too!

I've had the honour of working with over 150 other photographers since this photo was taken.

A number that feels quite remarkable, to be honest!

By the end of the year, I estimate I'd have worked with around 250 photographers in some way, shape, or form.

And that figure will only compound over time.

How many might it be by the end of my career? I can't help but wonder!

I love tutoring because not only do I get to share what I know, but I also realise every time that there is so much that I don't know.

I carry my humility with me into every session.

I thank my mum for instilling that into me from a young age, ensuring I'll spend my life learning and gaining wisdom from all my experiences.

If you'd like to come and teach me something, I have a range of workshops, mentoring circles, and retreats scheduled for 2026.

There is something for everyone.
