We are staggered and incredibly proud after last night’s Tandridge Business Awards, where we won all three categories we were shortlisted for - something we never imagined would happen!

With less than a week to go until the Tandridge Business Awards, we have been looking back at a few memories from last year’s fantastic evening.

It was such a brilliant night, celebrating all the amazing businesses we have across Tandridge and we are looking forward to doing it all again next Wednesday!

Huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Fairhurst who got married at the weekend! 🥂🤍

Sam – our audit specialist – has been part of Cadence for longer than anyone else on the team, so we could not let this milestone pass without a little recognition.

Over the summer, we were delighted to welcome back the brilliant KATE YORK - Creative storyteller for more new headshots and updated team photos after another round of new joiners.

We have worked with Kate many times and she always takes the time to understand what we need before she picks up the camera. She puts everyone at ease and feels like part of the Cadence team when she is with us too.

Even better, she is local to Oxted, so working with her is an easy way for us to support another local business.

It was lovely to see one of her photos featured in our recent Telegraph Business Guide coverage too. With plenty more of her work appearing across our website and socials soon, we thought it was time to give her a little shout out…

A little quieter on socials. A lot happening behind the scenes. 👀

We have taken a bit of a break from posting over the summer to squeeze in some downtime and, for some of us, a trip to the mountains! 🏔️

But it has been far from quiet here in the Cadence office. The team have been busy supporting all our lovely clients and we have been working on some exciting plans - more on that over coming months.

Following last week’s announcement that we had been shortlisted as finalists in three categories at the Tandridge Business Awards, this week we have had the chance to talk in more detail about our team, our culture and what makes Cadence special during the interviews.

The conversations were thoughtful, the questions were brilliant and it was a great reminder of just how much there is to be proud of.

Our part is done. Now the even harder part begins for the judges! 🤞🏆

The past year has been our biggest yet. We have grown our team and client base, strengthened our brand, expanded our services, invested in the next generation and continued to challenge what people expect from an accountancy firm.

Business of the Year recognises how we have evolved, adapted and continued to grow following our finalist position last year.
