🌟VACANCY🌟

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part time basis. (22.5 hrs a week).

The successful candidate would be required to:
• Process payroll with different pay frequencies
• Deal with HMRC and clients on a regular basis
• Manage Auto enrolment pension contributions and make sure clients are up to date with the pension regulator.
• Set up new PAYE schemes.

The candidate will:
• Have worked in a similar role previously and have experience with processing payroll.
• Have knowledge on holiday pay, minimum wage, and other payroll legislation.
• Be able to work independently and organise their own workflow, to ensure the payroll is completed on time.

VACANCY - WITH IMMEDIATE START!

We are currently on the lookout for hiring an Administrative/ Bookkeeping Assistant on behalf of one of our clients. Location of the office is close to Preston City Centre with car parking available.

The job will be part-time approximately 20 hours a week, the hours could be flexible to suit the right candidate.

Some of the duties will include:-
- Uploading sales information onto the software
- Scanning, uploading and approving purchase documents
- Emailing and posting both invoices and statements to customers
- Creating spreadsheets and uploading data
- Taking/ making phone calls
- Any other general administrative duties on an ad hoc basis

No previous experience is required however any data entry, admin or bookkeeping experience would be advantageous. General computer knowledge is required.

Salary dependent on experience with standard holiday entitlement.
