So over the last few months, just chatting to people when i'm out and about I’ve realised there are a LOT of mortgage "facts" out there that just aren't facts at all!

Mortgage myth #1
This is one I hear all the time - "If I am renting there is no point speaking to an adviser until I'm ready to buy"
FALSE!
You could be much closer than you think! A quick conversation with a broker can help you to understand what deposit you actually need (not how much Google says you need), how much you could borrow and also help you to put a plan in place to get you ready.

I have recently arranged a mortgage for some lovely clients who were panicking as their landlord was selling and they didn't have a deposit saved up. They ended up buying the property from their landlord with NO DEPOSIT SAVED!

Just back from a few days away in the Welsh countryside. We soon realised the cottage was literally in the middle of nowhere, no WIFI and next to no phone signal which did not go down well with the kids (we even had tears!)
Digital detox!!
Once they got over it we did have a lovely few days, completely back to basics playing games, nice walks and a trip to the beach 🥶.
We did come back a day early though i needed to check my emails!! 🤦‍♀️😂
