Are you a director and a person with significant control (PSC) of your company?

You need to verify your identity and provide your Companies House personal code for both of these roles separately – once as a director and once as a PSC.

Your identity verification requirements will not be complete until you’ve provided your code for each role you hold.

Check your verification due dates on the Companies House register.
