🌍 Happy Earth Day! Today we're celebrating a milestone we're incredibly proud of because we've planted 700 trees with , and we're just getting started! 🌱

Every single tree matters. Did you know that tropical primary forest loss in 2022 alone produced 2.7 gigatonnes of CO₂ which is equivalent to India's entire annual fossil fuel emissions? That's why reforestation isn't just a "nice to have", it's essential.

We're proud to partner with Treeapp, a global tree planting organisation working across 5 continents and 17+ countries, focusing on the places where reforestation is needed most. Every project they run is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals making real, measurable impact for people and the planet.

A lot of finance meetings end up feeling longer than they should, and it's usually not because anyone is trying to drag things out, it's because the numbers get shared but the meaning doesn't.

So everyone sits there trying to work out what's actually going on, what's changed since last month, and what they're supposed to do with the information, which turns the meeting into a search for answers rather than a leadership conversation.

A simple way to fix it is to build the meeting around three things only.
What happened.
What changed.
What decisions need to be made.

If a report doesn't help with one of those, it doesn't belong in the pack, because it will either confuse people or send them down a rabbit hole that doesn't move the business forward.

When you run finance like this, meetings get shorter, decisions get quicker, and you stop leaving the room with a list of follow ups that should have been clear in the first place.
