We are a family run window fitting Company based in South Wales that is expanding.
The position available is a door canvassing sales role. You will be key to helping drive the company forwards and generating sales.
As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in bringing in leads that will generate sales. Your ability to effectively communicate the organization's reputation and services is vital. You will need to provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner with an outgoing personality. If you enjoy interacting with people and have good people skills, we encourage you to apply for this position. This is a challenging but highly rewarding canvassing role that will have rewards for individuals that go above and beyond and have a deep-rooted motivation to succeed. You will be working very closely with management and will play a critical part of the company's sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated areas
Ringing and generating leads
Engage with customers to promote the Company
Collect and record accurate data from prospective customers and relay back to the office via telephone etc.
Generate genuine leads to achieve set targets
Your approach will be non-pushy as our reputation is of paramount importance to us.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience in customer service necessary with 1 year or more experience working in either sales or canvassing door to door
Ability to work independently and meet set targets or goals
Full Driving licence and own transport essential
Good organisational skills
Must be driven, dedicated and flexible
Punctual and reliable
Honest and trustworthy
The Rewards:
Minimum wage for 37.5 hours per week
Commission for every lead that generates a sale
No cap on commission – the more sales generated from your leads the more you earn
