Taking a literal "peak" behind the scenes this Sunday! 🏔️📸

Our director David has been scaling new heights this week, enjoying the fresh air and stunning views of the Lake District peaks with his wife Lucille , son Eddie and the dogs (Freddy and Teddy). 🌲🐶

True to the spirit of a family-run practice, David still kept a close eye on things, working a little bit each day from their holiday home to ensure our clients were always looked after. 💼🌟

The suitcases are unpacked, the dogs are settled, and they actually arrived back home yesterday, meaning David is fully refreshed and ready to be back at his desk tomorrow morning!

☀️One of our directors, David, is stepping away this week for some well-deserved annual leave. He is off celebrating his sister-in-law’s early 40th birthday with his wife’s family! 🎂

The flags are flying high at our office today! If you know our team, you know we live and breathe football.

When we aren't balancing the books, we are cheering on England or supporting grassroots football—including the Bassingbourn Bulldogs Under 11s, the local team we proudly sponsor, which is coached by our Director David and played in by his son Eddie! 🙌

You will be working closely with one of our experienced accountants.

Your main focus will be managing their portfolio of bookkeeping clients and assisting with general admin duties as required.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

Software: Hands-on experience using Xero is a must.

Experience: Strong bookkeeping background (this is more important to us than qualifications!).

Today, our family-run firm is wishing a very happy retirement to Steve, who is officially stepping away from the ledgers to enjoy his well-deserved freedom! 🥰

Steve has always been a dedicated professional here—the kind of guy who just quietly got on with his work, balanced the books, and focused entirely on keeping our clients happy and looked after. 👌

Anyone who knows Steve knows his real passion is his family and travel. 🧳

Once a year, without fail, he would jet off to explore a beautiful, exotic country abroad. ☀️
