England are through to the semi-finals after a thrilling 2-1 victory over Norway! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽

The flags are flying high at our office today! If you know our team, you know we live and breathe football.

When we aren't balancing the books, we are cheering on England or supporting grassroots football—including the Bassingbourn Bulldogs Under 11s, the local team we proudly sponsor, which is coached by our Director David and played in by his son Eddie! 🙌

Our family-run firm, The Accountancy Practice, is growing! We are looking for a motivated, full-time Bookkeeper to join our close-knit team as soon as possible.

You will be working closely with one of our experienced accountants.

Your main focus will be managing their portfolio of bookkeeping clients and assisting with general admin duties as required.

Role: Full-Time Bookkeeper

Start Date: ASAP

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

Software: Hands-on experience using Xero is a must.

Experience: Strong bookkeeping background (this is more important to us than qualifications!).

Qualifications: AAT Level 3 is desired, but absolutely not essential.

🎉 HAPPY FIRST DAY OF RETIREMENT, STEVE DAMALIE! 🎉

Today, our family-run firm is wishing a very happy retirement to Steve, who is officially stepping away from the ledgers to enjoy his well-deserved freedom! 🥰

Steve has always been a dedicated professional here—the kind of guy who just quietly got on with his work, balanced the books, and focused entirely on keeping our clients happy and looked after. 👌

Anyone who knows Steve knows his real passion is his family and travel. 🧳

Once a year, without fail, he would jet off to explore a beautiful, exotic country abroad. ☀️

Now that he is officially retired, he can finally trade the spreadsheets for a permanent boarding pass! ✈️🏝️📸
