As a female-founded and led business in a predominantly male profession, our mission is to empower women at all stages in their professional lives.

While menopause is now a more frequent topic in the media, we believe that more work is needed and that the support women receive in the workplace has to go beyond the desk fan.

To demonstrate our commitment to breaking the taboos surrounding menopause, we have signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge and committed to:
- recognising that menopause can be a challenge for women in the workplace
- talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
- actively supporting and helping to inform employees affected by the menopause

At Navigatus, we talk about menopause openly and often. If it doesn't currently directly affect us, it affects somebody we know and getting the right support can be life-changing.
