Two years ago I went out to see this customer to go through their bills.
At the time, I couldn’t save them anything on their broadband or mobile — so I told them straight and left it there.
No pressure, no pushing it… just said I’d come back if things changed.
Fast forward to now and I’ve managed to save them over £700, plus get them onto a much better setup across the board.
That’s exactly how I work.
If there’s nothing to save, I’ll tell you.
If things change, I’ll come back and take another look.
Sometimes it’s not about doing it now — it’s about doing it right 💜
