This evening we attended the Shropshire Constructing Excellence event at The Loopy Shrew in Shrewsbury 🏗️

As sponsors of the evening, it was a great opportunity to catch up with industry contacts, make new connections and keep up to date with what’s happening across Shropshire’s vibrant construction community.

During the event, our senior tax manager Dan Hayley gave a brief breakdown of the financial problems currently facing the construction sector.

Evenings like these are essential in strengthening relationships across Shropshire’s construction sector, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, and supporting the continued development and success of the local industry.

We are bringing together 16 businesses from across Shropshire for an afternoon of friendly competition and padel.

While our teams take to the courts, we would love to welcome you to come along, network and watch the semi-finals and finals of the tournament.

🌿 A great afternoon of netwalking, connection and conversation🚶‍♀️

Yesterday, we hosted a fantastic guided netwalking event around Marbury Park in Northwich, together with Rebecca Wray Coaching Consultancy and Slater Heelis.

It was a brilliant opportunity to step away from the desk, get some fresh air, enjoy a walk in beautiful surroundings and, most importantly, connect with others and have some great conversations along the way.

We ended the walk with coffee and cake at The Spinner and Bergamot, the perfect way to finish 🍰☕

A great lunch consisting of networking, insights and challenging conventional thinking at today’s West Cheshire and North Wales Business Chamber networking lunch at Artezzan in Chester💡

Our Business Director, Neil Holtschke, took to the floor as today’s guest speaker, sharing his thoughts on:

“The 7 Business Myths Worth Rethinking”

Neil explored some of the commonly held assumptions in business that can influence the way we make decisions, lead teams and approach growth, and challenged the room to look at them from a different perspective.

Some of the ladies from our Shrewsbury office had a wonderful afternoon at The Wroxeter, enjoying an excellent lunch at the Community Resource Ladies Who Lunch for Good event. 💕

A real highlight of the afternoon was listening to Deborah Mitchell, who shared the story behind Heaven Skincare, how she built her successful business and her journey as an entrepreneur. ✨

It was a lovely opportunity to enjoy great company, make connections and support a fantastic cause.

This morning we hosted our Mid Wales Business Leaders session, bringing together another fantastic group of business leaders for a morning of conversation, connections and shared insight.
