BOOK CLUB REVIEW: Buy Back Your Time – Dan Martell

Stop building a business that needs you for everything.

This month's book was a powerful reminder that growing a business shouldn't mean working more hours.

Our 5 biggest takeaways:

1. Buy back your time, don't just manage it. Delegate the tasks that drain your energy and free yourself to focus on what matters.

2. Calculate what your time is worth. Not every task deserves your attention, even if you're good at doing it.

3. Delegate outcomes, not just tasks. Give people ownership, clear expectations and the freedom to deliver.

4. Stop being the bottleneck. If every decision needs you, your business can only grow as far as your time allows.

5. Design your business around your life. Success isn't about how busy you are. It's about having the freedom to choose how you spend your time.

Our biggest takeaway?

You don't build freedom by doing more. You build it by creating a business that needs you less.

And were excited to be launching it at Your Business Expo Bedford on 15th October!

It was our 'Ask the Expert' event at Fratellis Ampthill and Ade Fadaka from Ref Capital LLP was our guest speaker.
