MEET THE TEAM

Victoria joined HWWM in July 2024 after recently graduating from the University of Birmingham with a first-class degree in Mathematics. This sparked Victoria’s interest in financial mathematics and equipped her with a desire to learn more.

Victoria is training in our paraplanning department, learning how to support our financial advisers and is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

She has an ambition to one day become a financial adviser herself.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, going on long walks and travelling as much as she can.

Meet The Team

Joan, joined HWWM in July 2025 and brings with her a passion for helping individuals, families and business owners create a long-lasting future. Having completed a BSc in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Bath, and a MSc in Finance from Nottingham Trent University, Joan has navigated a career as a National Account Executive for Heineken UK to dealing with Foreign Exchange for Deutsche Bank and their institutional clients.

A desire to create long-lasting, meaningful relationships and help those in need has led Joan to pursuing a career in Financial Advisory. Offering personalised solutions tailored to each individual client, Joan seeks to build a partnership, regularly meeting to ensure each plan remains appropriate for the goals identified.

In her spare time, you’ll find Joan playing squash, or padel in the summer. She has recently decided to start running and is determined to hit a sub-30 5km so any tips would be welcomed!

We did it! A lot of obstacles, a whole heap of determination and team work and even more mud! A LOT of mud! We had so much fun tackling Tough Mudder and although it was hard going at times we pulled together and powered through to finish it together. All in memory of our amazing colleague, Rick Hearnden, and to raise money for Marie Curie UK . Can’t think of a better motivation to throw ourselves into endless muddy pools and work to pull each other over those obstacles. Thank you so much for all your donations, Rick would have been laughing so hard at us all 💕
