This is the first time ever the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers has introduced this category—and we’re honoured to be among the very first finalists. What a moment for farm finance!
You might be wondering… “What is a LUCA Award?”
Named after Luca Pacioli—the 15th-century monk who first documented double-entry bookkeeping—the LUCA Awards are the highest honour in our profession. They’re often described as “the Oscars of the bookkeeping world” 🎬📚

If you're a bookkeeper with 3+ years experience or AAT Level 2 (or equivalent) with a genuine interest in agriculture, with your own transport/driving licence then this is the job for you.

Experience of Farmplan software desirable, but training available.

We are a busy Farm Secretarial Practice based in Knightley ST20 0JU and are looking to recruit a local experienced payroll clerk.

This is a part-time position, initially 30 hours per month, for someone with good payroll experience, but also for someone who is a good all-rounder; having the skills, personality, and attitude to get involved in other administration work. You will be working from our lovely rural office as part of a small team, but you will need to have the motivation to work on own initiative and muck in!
