It’s easy to assume that the Bank of England base rate staying the same means that rates won’t move. Don’t assume!

🏡 Chris was Mr Organised with this one!

Chris contacted me back in March following a spike in mortgage rates. His existing deal was due to end in September, and he was understandably concerned that poor timing could leave him stuck with a higher rate. This was something he had experienced two years earlier.

We secured a new rate for him in March, giving him peace of mind, with the promise that I would review the market again before completion.

When June arrived, rates had improved, and we managed to secure Chris an EVEN lower rate. 🙌

Planning ahead gave us the time and flexibility to take advantage when a better deal became available.

A massive thank you to Chris for choosing me to help with his mortgage. I never take any client or the trust they place in me for granted.
