AN EXCITING NEW ERA FOR ASKEY & SUTCLIFFE ASSOCIATES LTD

We are delighted to announce that we have now moved in to our new office. It is only across the road, approximately 40 metres from our previous premises that you will all be familiar with on the High Street in Biddulph.

Our new address is 3 King Street, Biddulph, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST8 6AZ and all of our other contact details remain the same ie telephone numbers and email addresses.

Having been such a familiar fixture in Biddulph for 2 decades now, we recognise the importance of remaining in the centre of the town, but our new office provides us with a more modern and contemporary work space. Please feel free to continue to visit us as we are always delighted to see as many of you as possible.

It's market insights time 🏡⏱

🔹 There is a strong presence of cash buyers in the market. 35% of sales in Great Britain are currently cash, compared to 30% the same month the year before.

🔹 The proportion of cash buyers has risen in all regions over the last year, with the exception of Scotland.

🔹 Higher mortgage costs have impacted affordability in the past twelve months, meaning cash buyers have an advantage.

🔹 The South West has the highest proportion of cash buyers at 43%, up from 35% a year ago. Meanwhile, London has the lowest share of cash buyers in the country at 27%, however this has still risen from 20% a year ago.
