I’d just like to say thank you to the making tax digital clients for doing as we ask. We’ve been asked a few times if you’ll need to pay tax when we file the upcoming quarterly submission the answer is no. The tax is still due at the normal times if anyone is worries please get in touch. Don’t forget if your in the payments on account system those payments are due at the end of July as usual.

I’ve received some lovely compliments about our work over the last few days from 3 different people and it’s really nice to hear and really nice to be appreciated.

We’ve been crazy busy here at KRD central since the new tax year kicked off so over the next week or so Charli and I will be taking a little bit of time off here and there for a little recharge so we can get through July and it’s my birthday Friday so I am going to be closed. So if anyone is just popping in on the off chance please call first to check we are here from Friday 26th June til 13th July we are a bit here and there.

Making Tax Digital (MTD) is well under way and going really well - our biggest issue is clients not being ready in time so if we’ve told you already you are going in next year please get on with and get ready now and don’t leave it until the last minute, you have instructions on what to do if you need help please don’t hesitate to ask. Is anyone who is already in MTD struggling ? If you need any help please ask that is what we are here for. Have a great day Karen

Thanks to all the wonderful clients who have recently sent your tax information in, we are now absolutely stacked out for the whole month of June and possibly some of July. There is therefore about a months back log so please bear with us. If you are applying for mortgages remember you’ll need to give us time to prepare your taxes before you re apply. We work on a first come first served basis so we get to you in turn. Keep it coming but please be patient.
