Last week at RBA, we held our mid-year business update meeting, where we reflected on several proud moments and exiting achievements across the team.

A special congratulations to Scarlett who was awarded the Angela Fountain Award of Excellence in recognition of her outstanding contribution and commitment!🥂
We also celebrated Jack, for officially qualifying as an adviser👏🏽

During the meeting, we also discussed the upcoming office refurbishments, which will be bring exciting improvements for both the team and our clients!

It was wonderful to welcome new faces to the team, and we look forward to seeing what the rest of the year has in store for RBA!🙌🏽

Jess is our new Client Administration Co-Ordinator at RBA. She is eager to develop her skills and knowledge within the company and strives to do her best in assisting clients with their journey here at RBA.

👉🏽Processing a variety of pre and post client meeting actions
👉🏽Communicating with St. James’s Place and external providers
👉🏽Assisting advisers with investment queries
👉🏽Handling calls and client communications
