Here's our MD Paul competing in a recent DEKA FIT Mixed Doubles event with Tina Gibson, at Derby Arena 💪

Together, they completed the event in 38 mins, 12 seconds in the combined 100-120 age category, finishing 6th in their age group - on their first attempt no less.

It's all part of Paul's preparation for an upcoming Hyrox event in October (8 x 1K runs in between 8 x high impact workout stations - he's a machine!).

2️⃣ What is the realistic market rate for your role?

3️⃣ Are you structuring your pay tax-efficiently (Salary vs. Dividends)?

4️⃣ Would reinvesting a portion of profits grow your long-term income faster?
