Last year, Karen Staley, Partner at our Stoke Central office, laced up her dancing shoes for a Strictly-inspired competition in aid of Dougie Mac Hospice.

Dougie Mac provides vital hospice care for adults, young adults and children living with a life-limiting illness across Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding area, as well as support for their families and carers.

The event was a remarkable success, raising over £150,000 and becoming the single biggest fundraising event in the hospice's history. A tremendous achievement for everyone involved.

We're proud to share that the efforts of Karen and the wider Stoke Central team have since been recognised at the Business Partnership Awards, a fitting tribute to the dedication and community spirit they showed throughout.

Well done to all involved, and thank you to everyone who supported such a worthy cause.

On Saturday 6 June, Tiffany Behrendt from our Glasgow (West End) team took on Tough Mudder Scotland in support of the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF).

The ABF provides lifelong support to soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most, helping individuals overcome financial hardship, injury, illness and other challenges.

After qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championships last year, Katie Walker from our Penzance office has kicked off the 2026 triathlon season in impressive style.

At the weekend, Katie competed in the Outlaw Half Nottingham, delivering another strong performance against a highly competitive field. Katie finished an outstanding 6th female overall and secured 2nd place in her age group — a fantastic result and an excellent start to the season.

Yesterday, we hosted our first Sip + Style event at Bracebridge in Sutton Park. 🥂

We spent the afternoon learning all about confidence-led styling, colour analysis, and dressing with intention. The event was centred around the idea that while we may feel confident in our careers and workplaces, looking and feeling confident within ourselves matters too.

Thank you to all the ladies who attended — it was great to see so many getting involved in the session and conversations throughout the afternoon.

And a big thank you to for hosting such a great session, and to Parrys Prints Events for The Bloom Bar.
