When your mortgage application depends on getting the right answers form your accountant – fast. ⚡🏡
One of our clients recently found himself facing a last-minute request from his mortgage lender. With just one day to respond, he needed detailed financial information from his company accounts to satisfy the underwriters.
As Paul Roberts explains:
"Gary took my call between meetings, explained exactly what could and could not be done, and had detailed reports from the accounting records with me within the hour.
Every figure reconciled to the filed accounts. Every question was answered.
The mortgage was approved the following afternoon". 🎉
Paul also had some lovely words for Debbie Simpson, who supports him with his ongoing accounting requirements:
