Alistair formed his business, AH Davidson & Co, in 1985 and served the Warrington and North West business community for over 25 years. Today Mark heads up the Practice as in 1985 he was only just beginning his working life as a trainee accountant in a big four accountancy practice in London. Most of his 20 years’ experience was spent at Finance Director level in companies which were growing and he helped several entrepreneurs in developing their businesses to the point of maximising their returns on exiting their companies. Mark continues to apply his finance director skills with some of his clients and the practice can offer an outsourced finance function if required. Davidson Stant today is a full service accounting firm providing all the services you would expect but with a strong passion to be your Trusted Adviser. The Team at Davidson Stant has a wealth of experience and includes qualified Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers who are supported by a highly experienced Practice Manager as well as a passionate Support Team.
