Update - The mileage rate for the first 10,000 business miles in the tax year has risen to 55p for cars & vans. This is for the tax year 26-27 - so it can be backdated to April 2026!

ADMIN ROLE – FLEXIBLE PART TIME HOURS
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced admin assistant to join our small friendly accountancy practice in Watchfield. The role will provide support to clients and staff while ensuring smooth workflow and compliance using our practice management software.
This is a part-time position initially 10-16hrs per week over 2/3 days, flexible hours that can easily fit around the school day. Salary dependent upon experience. This is an onsite role.
Skills and experience:
• Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience in office administration preferred

BOOKKEEPER – FLEXIBLE PART TIME HOURS
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced bookkeeper to join our small friendly accountancy practice in Watchfield, working with a varied portfolio of clients, this role will incorporate a range of duties including bookkeeping to TB, preparation of vat returns, cis returns & payrolls. The person we are seeking will need to be able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a part-time position 16hrs per week over 2/3 days, flexible hours that can easily fit around the school day. Good rates of pay depending upon experience. This is an onsite role.

Skills and experience:
• Qualified AATQB Level 3; AAT level 3 or equivalent part qualified candidates will be considered & those QBE.
• Good working knowledge of accounting standards, corporation tax, income tax and vat.
• Experienced with Xero accountancy software.
