🔵 Kudos Georgia-ს მმართველმა პარტნიორმა, Alexander Margishvili -მა, 10 ივნისს, EU Sustainability Navigator-ის სამოქმედო პლატფორმის ფარგლებში გამართულ სამუშაო შეხვედრაზე, ESG-ის მნიშვნელობასა და მისი პრაქტიკაში დანერგვის გამოცდილებაზე ისაუბრა.
📌 შეხვედრის ფარგლებში განხილული იყო ESG გზამკვლევი მცირე და საშუალო საწარმოებისთვის (SMEs), ასევე საქართველოში მამის შვებულებისა და ოჯახის მხარდაჭერის პოლიტიკის კვლევის პირველადი მიგნებები.
💡 მონაწილეებმა იმსჯელეს იმაზე, თუ როგორ შეუძლია ბიზნესს მდგრადი, პასუხისმგებლიანი და ადამიანზე ორიენტირებული მიდგომები რეალურ კონკურენტულ უპირატესობად აქციოს.

🔵 On 10 June, during a working meeting held within the framework of the EU Sustainability Navigator Action Platform, Kudos Georgia’s General Director, Alexander Margishvili, spoke about the importance of ESG and the company’s practical experience in implementing ESG principles.
📌 The meeting focused on the ESG Guidebook for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), as well as the preliminary findings of a study on paternity leave and family support policies in Georgia.
💡 Participants discussed how businesses can transform sustainable, responsible, and people-centered approaches into real competitive advantages.
