1998 was the birth of IMG in the Philippines and was registered in the SEC in 2002.

Who really is IMG?

Agree

Here are 3 signs
na bobo ang isang breadwinner.

And before anything else,
this is not about intelligence.

This is about specific decisions
that quietly keep a hardworking person
stuck in the same place year after year.

1. Tinutulungan niya lahat
except yung sarili nila.

Every request from family:
andun siya.

Every emergency:
andun siya.

Every financial need of everyone around him:
andun siya.

But their own financial future?

Wala siyang oras para dun.
Kasi laging may mas urgent.

The result?

Years of giving, and nothing built for himself.

2. Inaangat niya yung pera ng iba
pero hindi niya ina-angat yung sarili niya.

He works hard to provide.

But he never invested
in a skill that earns outside his salary.

Never built a second income.
Never put anything into something
that grows while he's not working.

So kapag tumigil siya,
tumigil din lahat.

Kung nagkaroon ng unexpected emergency,
may matitira pa ba sayo?

Take a moment with that question.

Because most people
already know the honest answer,

they just don't say it out loud.

And we can't blame them.

Kasi hindi ito dahil sa katamaran.
Hindi ito dahil sa kakulangan ng effort.

Nagtatrabaho ka nang husto.
Nagtatrabaho ka nang tapat.

Pero yung sistema na pinasukan mo,
it wasn't designed for you to have extra funds.

Dinesign siya para palagi kang bumabalik,
kasi kailangan mo.

Every month, kumikita ka.
Bills. Utang. Pang-araw-araw.
Tapos wala na.

At sa likod ng cycle na yun,
may nararamdaman kang hindi mo masabi,

yung takot na kahit isang malaking emergency lang
pwedeng bumagsak lahat ng pinagsipagan mo.

That's not weakness.

That's the natural result
of carrying everyone
with nothing left to carry yourself.

Here's what I've observed.

The people who eventually stopped
living one emergency away from zero,

hindi sila nagkaroon ng mas malaking sweldo.

They made one decision...

to stop leaving their financial security
entirely in the hands
of a single income source
they don't control.

And they started building something,
kahit maliit,
kahit hindi pa sigurado,

yung kikita ng pera
para sa kanila
habang nagtatrabaho sa iba.

Here's the truth.

You deserve more than just surviving
from one paycheck to the next.

You deserve to know
that if something unexpected happens tomorrow,
may matitira ka pa rin.

At yung buhay na yun,
hindi siya reserved para sa mga mas swerteng tao.

Pero para siya sa mga nagsimula na, kahit hindi pa handa. 🙏

"Bahala na si Lord" is not faith.

And I say that with full respect
to everyone who grew up with that phrase.

Kasi gets ko kung saan galing yun.

There is real comfort in surrender.
There is real peace in trusting God
with things outside your control.

But somewhere along the way,
yung surrender became an excuse
to not move.

Look at every person in the Bible
that God used for something significant.

Noah didn't say "bahala na si Lord"
and wait for the flood to pass.

He built an ark.

Moses didn't say "bahala na si Lord"
at the edge of the Red Sea.

He raised his staff and moved.

David didn't say "bahala na si Lord"
when he faced Goliath.

He picked up the stones.

Every single one of them moved first.

And God showed up in the middle
of their movement,

hindi sa paghihintay.

Kasi yung "bahala na si Lord"
na may halong pagtunganga na nag-aabang ng blessing...

hindi yun pagtitiwala.

Pag-asa lang yun,
it's not faith

Here's the truth.

Real faith is not passive.

It's moving forward
with the full belief
that you are not doing it alone,

habang ginagawa mo yung part
na nasa kamay mo. 🙏
