ΥΠΕΘΟΟ - ΑΑΔΕ: Παράταση έως 30/4 για τις δηλώσεις και την καταβολή φόρου πλοίων Α’ κατηγορίας

Παρατείνεται έως τις 30 Απριλίου 2026, η προθεσμία υποβολής δηλώσεων και καταβολής της πρώτης δόσης του φόρου πλοίων πρώτης κατηγορίας (ν. 27/1975) για το φορολογικό έτος 2026, σύμφωνα με Κοινή Απόφαση του Υφυπουργού Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, Γιώργου Κώτσηρα, και του Διοικητή της ΑΑΔΕ, Γιώργου Πιτσιλή (Α.1050/2026).

Η παράταση διασφαλίζει επαρκή χρόνο στους φορολογούμενους για την εκπλήρωση των υποχρεώσεών τους, ενόψει και της αναπροσαρμογής των συντελεστών φόρου και εισφοράς.

Η νέα προθεσμία (30/4/2026) ισχύει και για τις δηλώσεις γεγονότων που συνέβησαν από 1/1/2026 και έπειτα και αφορούν συγκεκριμένα:

• Μεταβίβαση πλοίου που διατηρεί την ελληνική σημαία

• Ύψωση της ελληνικής σημαίας για πρώτη φορά

• Ανάθεση διαχείρισης πλοίου με ξένη σημαία για πρώτη φορά από την Ελλάδα

Η υποβολή των δηλώσεων πραγματοποιείται ψηφιακά, μέσω της πύλης myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), στη διαδρομή:
Εφαρμογές → Φορολογικές Υπηρεσίες → Πλοία / ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες → Δηλώσεις φόρου πλοίων α’ κατηγορίας ν. 27/1975
