致同香港諮詢合夥人潘宏烽先生 （Wiley）於 9 月 12 日應邀擔任由香港會計師公會（HKICPA）主辦「2026年青年會計師大會」的專題討論嘉賓，並與在場逾110位青年會員分享他的獨到見解。

Following the recent intellectual property (IP) seminar in Guangzhou which provided comprehensive support to industry leaders, Grant Thornton Hong Kong continues to deepen its engagement in the IP sector, dedicated to helping the next generation of accounting industry equip themselves to navigate the rapidly changing business landscape.

Our Advisory Partner, Mr. Wiley Pun, was invited to speak as a panelist at the "Young Members Conference 2026" organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) on 12 September, which brought together over 110 young members.

我們的諮詢合夥人潘宏烽先生（Wiley）於 9 月 9 日應邀擔任「聯動大灣區促進知識產權貿易拓展商機」研討會的主題演講嘉賓。是次活動由香港特別行政區政府政制及內地事務局粵港澳大灣區發展辦公室主辦，並由香港生產力促進局負責執行，成功吸引超過 300 位來自香港及大灣區內地城市的業界代表參與，為兩地專業服務與企業搭建了絕佳的合作平台。

On 9 September, our Advisory Partner, Mr. Wiley Pun, delivered a keynote presentation at the "Synergising with the GBA: Advancing IP Trade and Business Opportunities" seminar. Organised by the Greater Bay Area Development Office of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau of the HKSAR Government and implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), this landmark forum successfully attracted over 300 industry leaders from Hong Kong and various Greater Bay Area mainland cities, creating an excellent platform for cross-border collaboration between professional service providers and enterprises.

Speaking on "New Opportunities in Intellectual Property Trading, Valuation, and Financing", Wiley equipped the audience with knowledge and insights on IP trading categories and market opportunities, IP valuation and trading dynamics, as well as the strategic extension from transactions to corporate financing and Hong Kong's vital gateway role.

是次計劃於8月17日舉行開幕禮，並於8月21日圓滿閉幕。今年，我們繼續為桂華山中學的學生提供為期3天的實習體驗，並由諮詢合夥人潘宏烽先生 (Wiley) 及諮詢總監黃景賽女士 (Polly) 親自指導，讓同學親身了解會計及諮詢專業的日常工作，例如文件處理、基本實務、團隊協作，以及與專業會計師交流。藉此機會，同學可以更早探索職業志向，深入了解現代金融與商業世界的運作。

Grant Thornton Hong Kong is honoured to support the "2026 Career Tasting Programme" organised by The Association of Hong Kong Accountants (AHKA) for the second consecutive year.

The programme kicked off with an opening ceremony on 17 August and concluded successfully on 21 August. This year, we continued to provide a 3-day internship experience for students from CCC Kwei Wah Shan College. Under the personal guidance of our Advisory Partner, Mr. Wiley Pun, and Director of Advisory, Ms. Polly Wong, the students gained first-hand insights into the daily operations of the accounting and advisory professions—including document processing, foundational practices, teamwork, and exchanging ideas with professional accountants. Through this experience, students were able to explore their career aspirations earlier and gain a deeper understanding of how the modern financial and business world operates.

Our Partner and Head of Advisory, Mr. Barry TongTong Piu, stated: "As a professional services firm committed to nurturing the next generation of talent, we firmly believe that giving young people early exposure to the workplace helps them establish a clear path for their career planning. 中國註冊會計師協會正式發佈了《會計師事務所反洗錢工作指引》，為落實法定反洗錢規管提供具體工作指引。針對此次全套合規流程的監管標準提升，致同中國最新發佈的「致同解讀」為各大企業一文看清中國內地合規新趨勢，總結出以下五大核心工作提示：

1.事務所須建立健全內控建設與風險評估且定期風險自評估週期不超過 36 個月。
2. 開展特定業務前須執行客戶盡職調查，工作要求應完整覆蓋客戶及「受益所有人」。
3. 反洗錢特別預防措施須覆蓋常規審計、IPO 等全部業務，並持續開展全業務監控名單篩查。
4. 承接及執業過程中須保持警惕，可疑交易報告管理不設金額門檻且不以實際交易發生為前提。
5. 客戶身份資料和業務記錄須保存不少於 10 年，且相關涉險人員每年至少接受一次培訓。

The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) has officially issued the "Anti-Money Laundering Work Guidelines for Accounting Firms", providing concrete operational guidance for statutory compliance across the profession. In response to this tightening of regulatory standards across the end-to-end compliance workflow, Grant Thornton China's latest "Grant Thornton Commentary" offers a clear overview of these shifting regulatory trends across the Chinese Mainland through five core operational pillars:

1.Firms must establish a robust internal control system and risk assessment framework, with regular risk self-assessments capped at a maximum of 36 months.
2. Client due diligence must be executed prior to specific engagements, and the operational requirements must fully cover both clients and "beneficial owners".
3. Anti-money laundering special preventative measures must cover all service lines—including statutory audits and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)—whilst continuously conducting comprehensive monitoring watchlist screening.
4. Practitioners must maintain strict vigilance throughout acceptance and engagement processes, as suspicious transaction reporting management has no monetary thresholds and does not require actual transaction occurrence.
5. Client identification files and transaction records must be archived for at least 10 years, and relevant risk-exposed personnel must undergo mandatory annual training.
